We understand that sometimes our products may not meet your expectations. However, as a small business, we consider all sales final and do not offer refunds. We encourage you to thoroughly research and ensure that the product you are purchasing aligns with your needs before placing an order.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is completely different from what you ordered (e.g., ordering a dress and receiving a pair of shoes), we will arrange a replacement. Please provide three photos from different angles of the incorrect item to expedite the process. There is no need to return the incorrect item.
Items Not Received After 30 Days
If you have not received your order within 30 days (excluding shipments marked as delivered by the carrier), you are eligible for a free replacement. Please contact your local post office if the tracking status shows "delivered." For a list of common carriers and guidance on providing tracking information to your local post office, please refer to our carrier information page.
